We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend Pat Looney. Pat and her family hosted the very first Sunbeam Foundation fundraiser event in 2006 and helped to launch the success of the Sunbeam Foundation. The amazing achievements of the Sunbeam Foundation’s researchers would not be possible without the tremendous support of Pat and her family.
In honor of Pat’s support, we have named the Pat Looney Sunbeam Scholar Grant in her honor. Learn more about this grant here.
The Sunbeam Foundation is honored to be featured in the April 2018 issue of Gentry Magazine.

This year the Sunbeam Foundation was able to fund an additional grant due to a generous anonymous donation. Numerous applications were received from top institutions around the world. Congratulations to this year's Sunbeam Foundation Grant Recipients.
