The Sunbeam Foundation's Cooks for a Cure Event will be on June 9, 2019.

This year’s event will be hosted at the Los Altos History Museum, Los Altos, CA

This event will be held outside in the courtyard at the History Museum. There is no progressive dinner this year. Mingle in the courtyard, Heavy hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and libations including local wines and beers.

Program Highlights:

Special live musical performances. A presentation by one of our outstanding researchers and an introduction to our newest grant recipients. A uniquely entertaining live auction. Los Altos History Museum’s fabulous new exhibit, “Silicon Valley Eats: A Taste for Innovation”.

The Los Altos Cooks for a Cure will return Sunday May 21 2017.

Los Altos Cooks for a Cure is a fun and unique event that benefits the Sunbeam Foundation.  The event begins at the Los Altos Youth Center with music, a silent auction, and hors d'oeuvres.  Guests then stroll to downtown Los Altos for a special intermezzo of wine and entertainment, followed by dinner at one of our host restaurants. 

It is an evening of fun, food, and friends working to support this important cause.  All food and entertainment is donated for this event meaning that all of the money raised, goes directly to the cause!

Tax Deductible Portion of Ticket: $90

Los Altos Cooks for a Cure is a fun and unique event that benefits the Sunbeam Foundation.  The event begins promptly at 4:00pm at the Los Altos Youth Center with music, a silent auction, and hors d'oeuvres.  Guests then stroll to downtown Los Altos for a special intermezzo of wine and entertainment, followed by dinner at one of our host restaurants.  After dinner, everyone is treated to dessert back at the Youth Center and the conclusion of the auction.  

It is an evening of fun, food, and friends working to support this important cause.  All food and entertainment is donated for this event meaning that all of the money raised, goes directly to the cause!

Los Altos Cooks for a Cure is a fun and unique event that benefits the Sunbeam Foundation.  The event begins at the Los Altos Youth Center with music, a silent auction, and hors d'oeuvres from our guest chef.  Guests then walk to Downtown Los Altos where they will reconvene at the Helix, the Los Altos Branch of the Exploratorium, for beverages and entertainment.  Guests are then broken up into pre-determined dinner parties and walk to one of our host restaurants for dinner.  After dinner, everyone is treated to dessert and demonstration back at the Youth Center.  

It is an evening of fun, food, and friends working to support this important cause.  All food and entertainment is donated for this event meaning that all of the money raised, goes directly to the cause!
